I've been escaping from pain for quite some time now using drugs of one sort or another. Even when I quit the drugs, I thought I could get by using alcohol. Turned out I was wrong. I'm now completely sober and am attending NA meetings. I'm dealing with emotions and learning how to cope. This time, I'm determined to stay sober!
